Talking about Goo Ha-ra, also known as Hara, then she had joined the girl group Kara way back in 2008 and then also made independent music of her own as well.
She was born on January 13, 1991, in Gwangju, South Korea. As a solo artist, she made her debut in 2015, releasing the EP titled Alohara, which peaked at number four in Korean music charts.
After signing with a talent management company in Japan, at the beginning of 2019, she had released a song ‘Midnight Queen’, in early November.
Speaking of the low points in her life, then off stage, there were several personal issues. In 2018, September, Goo had filed a lawsuit against her ex-boyfriend who had threatened the singer of ruining her career by exposing an illicit video.
Talking about the late singer now, then what’s more shocking is that just last month, another former K-Pop singer, Sulli, was found dead. There were speculations of suicide in her case as well.
Another thing is that apart from being members of girl bands, both Hara and Sulli were also close friends.
Currently, the fans of Goo are expressing their shock, on social media, over her sudden death.
As per the data of the World Health Organization, South Korea has one of the highest rates in the world when it comes to suicides.
